Developing Women Leaders at Reprise Digital

A global digital marketing agency partnered with 1st90 to deploy ‘Being the Boss’ as part of a strategic leadership development initiative to increase participation of female leaders in senior leadership ranks across the globe.

The Need

Reprise wants to retain and develop high-potential female leaders across global markets to increase the percentage of women in senior leadership roles in the next few years.

Tasked to develop a leadership program with a select group of high-potential, director-level women across four markets, including Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the U.S.

The program is part of their globally branded women’s leadership development initiative, ElevateHER.

Current Situation

Like many companies during the COVID pandemic, Reprise had a challenge to retain women leaders who were impacted by lockdowns and home-schooling. They wanted to accelerate their efforts to retain and develop female leaders while supporting them with resilience tools to address burnout.
