From Insight to Action

1st90 was founded by experts in executive development, leadership, and behavioral science who saw a universal problem: most transformation programs fail to drive sustained change.

After decades leading learning and transformation inside global enterprises, our team built 1st90 to close the knowing–doing gap—using micro-actions, AI, and behavioral design to make change stick.
